Apache Strongsun and Kai Firewalker, collectively known as the Guardians of the Ancestral Moon, are a high-flying cruiserweight tag team from Canyon Day, Arizona. Raised together in the Apache community, the two grew up as close friends with a shared obsession for professional wrestling. Apache, 24, and Kai, 22, spent years dreaming of a life beyond the reservation and eventually made the decision to leave home behind in pursuit of that goal.

Though wrestling has taken them far from Canyon Day, Apache and Kai have never tried to distance themselves from where they came from. Instead, they carry their Apache roots with them everywhere they go. The Guardians have become heavily featured competitors in the Southwest independent scene, particularly with Mohave Pro. With each new city and opponent, they continue chasing the dream that took them away from home while making sure Canyon Day remains a central part of who they are.
