A well-travelled veteran with twenty-five years experience, debuting in 2000 as Tigre Jr. Born in Japan and raised in Mexico, he would eventually reinvent himself as Darkness Tigre when he finally got a chance to compete in the United States for southern California's New Frontier Wrestling. For as gifted as Tigre has always been, his talent has long been accompanied by a reputation for arrogance, a bad temper and being generally difficult to deal with, seemingly preventing him from reaching the heights his ability might otherwise have afforded him. In the smaller world of YRD79, however, Tigre's experience makes him a very big fish in a small pond — something the trilingual and notoriously self-important veteran is more than happy to remind everyone of. After all, as he has always claimed: Darkness Tigre > You.
